Family Resource Centre
The services which we provide are designed specifically for families raising children in the early years (prenatal-age 5). Everything we offer to you is free of charge. Our physical space has been developed to be a sensory rich, inviting play experience for both you and your child to enjoy together.

Maternal Public Health
Drop-in every Thursday morning from 10am -12pm for a visit/check up with maternal visiting registered nurses.

Baby and Me Yoga
Enjoying breathing, stretching, and bonding with your baby. A chance to relax and do some self care too. Wednesdays at 1:30. Registration is required.

Mondays at 5:45, come visit, stretch, and relax with other mama’s and mama’s to be. Register at www.pafrc.ca

Pre-K and K information Session
Got a 3, 4, or 5-year-old?
Join us to meet with consultants from École Valois, Aboriginal HeadStart, Catholic School Division, and Sask Rivers Public School Division! Get all the information you need and get your child registered for school.

Baby Breakthroughs
